Puech d'Hortes
Details : IGP Pays de l’Hérault 2016- Cépage : 50 % Grenache 50% Syrah
Tasting notes : While it is young, Syrah brings it a more intense colour, aromatic strength and structure in the mouth. The Grenache, less dominant initially, reveals lovely red berry flavours and ensures that the wine will age well.
Advices : Drink young (5 years maximum) and slightly chilled. Goes perfectly well with grills, charcuterie, white meats and even some types of fish.

Syrah-Bio
Details : IGP Pays d’Hérault 2017 - Grape variety : 100 % Syrah
Tasting notes : This wine has a dark violette color and a pleasant bouquet of red fruit and spices. The palette offers lots of berry fruit with silky tannins and a good finish. A wine that will please every lover of the Syrah grape.

Merlot-Cabernet Bio
Details : IGP Pays d’Hérault 2016 - Grape varieties: Merlot & Cabernet - Alcool : 12° vol.
Tasting notes : This wine has a beautiful ruby color with purple highlights, a bouquet combining stewed fruit with spicy notes on the palate, vanilla, soft tannins and a well balanced finish.
Advices :

Aux Creux Du Nid
Details : Vin de France –2016 From experimental vine - Grape variety : Cabernet jura - Gold medal at the PIWI wine award 2013
Tasting notes : Dense purple colour with very fruity aromas. A pleasant aftertaste and notes of terroir for red.
Advices : Serve at room temperature. The perfect accompaniment to meats, salads and stews.

Lledoner Pelut
Details : IGP Pays d'Hérault 2015 - Grape Variety : Lledoner Pelut 100 %
Tasting notes : Deep red in colour and on the nose scents of red fruit ; strawberries and raspberries and notes of spice and garrigue herbs such as thyme and rosemary. The palate is soft, silky and long.
Advices : A wine you can keep for 10 years. Best opened 2 hours before drinking. This wine is a great match for most meats and even pairs very nicely with spicy dishes.

Pinot Noir
Details : IGP pays de L’Hérault - Grape Variety: Pinot Noir 100 %
Tasting notes : Clear ruby red colour, griotte aromas and marinated fruits in alcohol, gentle tannins.
Advices : Can be aged from 5 to 7 years. Can be served with all types of meats and poultry.

ROSÉ
Grenache Rosé
Details : IGP PAYS d’HERAULT -2017 Grape variety : 100 % Grenache
Tasting notes : Slight “partridge eye” colour Fresh fruit aromas.
Advices : Drink young. Ideal with all salads in summer, barbecues and aperitifs

WHITE
Sauvignon
Details : Vin IGP Pays d’Hérault 2017 - Grape Variety : 100 % Sauvignon
Tasting notes : This is a wine of great aromatic strength with a subtle mix of fruit, including blackcurrant buds, citrus fruits and hints of tropical fruits. The taste lives up to the promising nose and is both lively and long.
Advices : Drink young (3 years maximum). Serve well chilled. Perfect with fish, shellfish and asian dishes.

WHITE
Chardonnay
Details : IGP Pays de l’Hérault 2017 - Grape Variety : 100% Chardonnay
Tasting notes : Of a pale golden color, the nose expresses aromas of white fleshed fruit and fresh butter. A smooth, yet crisp mouth-feel with a long finish.
Advices : Drink young, 5 years old at the most. Fish, shellfish, white meats, baby cuttlefish fried gently in butter!

WHITE
Barbejo White
Details : Vin de France (experimental vines) - 2017 - Grape : 50% Souvignier, 50% Muscaris
Tasting notes : With a pale yellow color it’s a very fresh wine, with a perfect minerality.
Advices : Serve chilled, around 10°C. Perfect to brighten your aperitifs, salad, pasta, fish and shellfish.

WHITE

WHITE
Chardonnay 1/2 Muid
Details : IGP Pays d'Hérault 2016- Grape Variety : Chardonnay
Tasting notes : A deep golden yellow colour, with aromas of toast, fresh butter and dried fruit. On the palate this wine is full bodied, complex and lively. The delightful palate continues as this wine has great length.
Advices : Drink within 3-5 years. This wine is a perfect accompaniment to foie gras and white meats with a creamy sauce.
